Association Members Fishing the Bear Creek Pond

One of our great community assets is the pond.
It is especially fun to watch kids catch their first
trout or to take a couple home for the frying pan.

For adults, the rules at the pond are the same
as in the river. We encourage catch and release
for adults practicing their skills or just having fun.

Day on the Los Pinos

Bear Creeker John Anderson rigs up for a day of dueling with the feisty little browns of the Los Pinos in the section near Osier.  Green drakes, caddis, and Adams parawullfs with a copper john dropper kept the fish biting.

The scenery is as great as the fishing.
